Our Promise: Love It or Get Your Money Back!

We're obsessed with making nutrition you'll crave, but we get it—sometimes things just don't vibe with your tummy or taste buds. If you're not doing a happy dance after a long run or after trying our products, we've got your back.

The 14-Day "No Hard Feelings" Window

Changed your mind? You've got 14 days from when your order arrives to let us know. We'll refund your full purchase price—just note that you'll cover the return shipping (we're a small food biz, and every penny counts!).

What We Need for Returns

Let's keep it real: since we're talking nutrition here, we need everything to come back:

  • Unopened and untouched (no sneaky taste tests!)
  • In its original packaging with seals intact
  • Looking fresh and fabulous, just like when it left us

If your return doesn't tick these boxes, we unfortunately can't process a refund. Food safety regulations are no joke!

Tried one and it's not your jam? We get it—sometimes you need a taste test. If you bought a multi-pack (say, 6 pouches) and only opened one, we'll refund you for the unopened ones. Ate 1 out of 6? We'll refund you for 5. Fair's fair!

Fresh is best: To qualify for returns, your products need to have at least 2 months before their expiry date. We want to make sure what comes back can still bring joy to someone else!

Uh Oh—Something Went Wrong?

Did your order arrive looking sad, squished, or seriously sketchy? Stop right there. Don't return it yet!

Fill out the Contact Form with your order number:

  • Photos of the damage (the more dramatic, the better—we need to see it!)
  • Your order number
  • A quick description of what went wrong

We'll sort you out with a replacement or refund faster than you can say "that's not what I ordered."

The Exchange Dance

Heads up: Food items can't be exchanged (for obvious food safety reasons), but we can definitely process a refund if something's not right!

Sale Items = Final Sale

We love a good deal as much as you do, but sale items are final. They're the "no take-backs" zone. Only regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged.

Step 1: Email us at [your-email] Tell us what's up! The more details, the better. Include:

  • Why you're returning it
  • Order number
  • Photos if something's damaged or defective

Step 2: Wait for our reply We'll confirm everything's good to go and send you return instructions.

Pro tip: Use tracking and insure your package. We can't be responsible if your return goes on an unplanned adventure and never shows up. Alternatively we can issue you a return label and deduct the costs for a seamless experience

Show Me the Money! (Refund Timeline)

Once we receive your return:

  1. We'll inspect it (quality control is our love language)
  2. You'll get an email letting you know if you're approved
  3. If approved, your refund hits your original payment method within a few days
  4. Shipping costs aren't refundable—think of them as the price of the journey your nutrition took to reach you

Refund processing times vary by bank, but usually it's quick!
